INAUGURAL INDIA TEA TRADE DINNER

The Indian Tea Association (ITA) is proud to announce the Inaugural India Tea Trade Dinner to be held at the Oberoi Grand Hotel, Kolkata on Thursday, 27th March 2008 at 9 PM (IST).

The Chairman for the Inaugural Dinner will be Mr Aditya Khaitan, Managing Director of McLeod Russel India Ltd and currently Chairman of the Indian Tea Association.

The India Tea Trade Dinner shall be an Annual Event before the onset of the new production season (in North India) offering a platform for all those connected with the Tea Trade in India and overseas to meet and interact over drinks and dinner. This event would provide an opportunity for companies to invite their clients from various spheres of the trade be it Buying, Selling, Banking or Shipping and block bookings are encouraged. A restriction on the total attendance may be necessary consistent with comfort and ease of service. The Dinner seating will be at tables for 8 or 10. A limited Drinks service will commence from 8 PM followed by Dinner at 9 PM.

The Dinner and Drinks package has been priced at INR 3990/- per head (inclusive of all taxes). Payment should be made in DD/Cheques in favour of INDIAN TEA ASSOCIATION payable at KOLKATA. Refund of unused tickets will not be made. A limited bar service will be available during Dinner against spot payments.

Registrations with contact details for the India Tea Trade Dinner along with payments should reach the Secretariat by 15th March 2008.
